Mr Rajesh Jethwa
With 36 years of distinguished experience in water supply, wastewater, and urban infrastructure engineering, Shree Rajesh Jethwa has held key leadership positions including Chief Engineer at Gujarat Water Supply and Sewerage Board (GWSSB) and City Engineer at Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation (GMC), along with senior roles in WASMO, GUDCL, GUDM, GUDA, and GJTI.
He holds a Civil Engineering degree from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT), Surat, a Master’s in Sanitary Engineering from UNESCO-IHE, Netherlands, a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Urban Water Supply Services from Lund University, Sweden, and has completed Water Leadership Training at the School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore (NUS).

With over 18 years of experience in business consulting, strategic project development, and data-driven solutions, Mr Moulik M Patel is the founder and driving force behind Flagmark Consultancy Services, a specialized consultancy in infrastructure asset management.
Bringing a unique blend of technical insight, financial acumen, and strategic foresight, Mr Moulik M Patel has led large-scale projects across diverse industries, helping organizations maximize the performance, resilience, and value of their infrastructure assets. His expertise lies in designing sustainable asset management frameworks, developing long-term investment strategies, and applying innovative methodologies to optimize resources while reducing risks and costs.

Mr. Siddharth Patel
With over 18 years of experience in infrastructure advisory, strategic programme development, and large-scale public-sector reform, Mr. Siddharth Patel serves as Director (Infrastructure), bringing deep specialization in water supply, sanitation, and WASH systems across rural and urban contexts. He combines strong technical foundations with strategic and policy insight to help organisations design, manage, and sustain high-performing infrastructure assets.
Mr. Patel has worked across leading public institutions and development organisations, including WASMO, the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Urban Management Centre, and UNICEF, supporting complex infrastructure programmes at national and state levels. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from CEPT University, Ahmedabad, and a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
His expertise spans infrastructure planning, asset performance and O&M strategies, climate-resilient systems, digital monitoring, and governance frameworks, enabling clients to improve efficiency, manage risk, and ensure long-term service sustainability. Siddharth has led and advised multi-state initiatives involving framework design, standard operating procedures, and alignment with global standards and best practices.
Driven by a results-oriented and client-focused approach, he works closely with public and private sector clients, utilities, and development partners to translate complex infrastructure challenges into practical, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
